Patrick is a Senior Financial Advisor that began his career with Dougherty Investment
Advisors as a student intern. He works closely with families, retirees, and business
owners, serving them as a licensed fiduciary and helping them to plan for long-term
financial security.
Born in Spring Hill and raised in Tampa, Patrick developed a strong foundation in
discipline and leadership at a young age. He captained his high school football and
wrestling teams before joining the University of South Florida football program,
becoming one of their youngest recruits at just 17 years old. During his years with the
USF Bulls, he was selected to the American Athletic Conference All-Academic Team,
reflecting his commitment to excellence both on and off the field. The discipline,
preparation, and accountability required at the Division I level continue to shape his
approach to serving clients today.
Patrick earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of South Florida,
graduating with Cum Laude honors in both Computer Engineering and Finance. This
unique academic background blends analytical expertise with practical financial insight,
allowing him to provide thoughtful guidance in an increasingly complex financial
landscape.
He holds his Series 65 license and is a Registered Investment Adviser Representative.
Patrick is currently pursuing a remote MBA degree with a concentration in Finance at
the New York University Stern School of Business.
Patrick’s family has deep roots in the Tampa Bay area spanning more than four
decades and three generations. His late father, Sgt. Thomas Manconi, is a decorated
Vietnam veteran, and his mother has long served the community as an administrator at
a local church. His grandfather, Vince Vanni, is a local businessman and educator. This
legacy of service and integrity strongly influences Patrick’s dedication to his clients and
community.
Outside of the office, Patrick enjoys watching USF football, staying active, participating
in the Hernando County community, and spending time with his family.
